Rodent control is more than a staple for pest control companies — it is a revenue driver. According to the 2023 PCT State of the Rodent Control Market report, a significant portion of U.S. pest control companies’ overall service revenue was generated by rodent control services. In the Northeast, 27 percent of respondents reported that 50 percent or more of their revenues were from rodent control services, while a significant number of PMPs in the West (12 percent), South (8 percent) and Midwest (6 percent) also reported that more than half of their revenues came from rodent control services.
With innovative new technologies being introduced, increased regulatory activity occurring and cutting-edge rodent research being done, the rodent control market remains as dynamic as ever.
The PCT Rodent Control Virtual Conference, sponsored by Bell Laboratories, Liphatech, VM Products, Woodstream and Xcluder, taking place 11 a.m.-4:30 p.m. (EST) on Dec. 4, is for pest control companies thinking about expanding their rodent control service offerings or learning more about new opportunities in this dynamic marketplace.
