VALLEY VIEW, Ohio — PCT is ushering in 2023 with a relaunch of our website, www.pctonline.com. Our revamped website launched on Jan. 1, and it is highlighted by a more modern, streamlined design and additional resources.
A driving force behind this change is PCT meeting user demands for how news is consumed. According to a 2021 Pew Research Center report, more than eight-in-ten U.S. adults (86 percent) say they get news from a smartphone, computer or tablet “often” or “sometimes,” including 60 percent who say they do so often.
PCT Online has been redesigned to be easier to navigate on mobile devices.
In addition, the site is being enhanced with additional resources that will updated regularly including:
SERVICE TECHNICIAN RESOURCES. Articles and other resources written by leading pest control industry professionals and geared towards frontline service professionals. These articles will cover a variety of technical and service-related issues for service technicians.
TECHNICAL PEST MANAGEMENT. Feature articles that take a deep dive into the finer points of pest management. These articles are written by technical directors, consultants and cover cutting-edge pest control topics.
PMP CONVERSATIONS. PCT has and will be conducting in-person and ZOOM video interviews with leading owner/operators and managers. These industry leaders share best practices, on-the-job experiences and advice.
ENTOMOLOGY FEATURES. To help you stay current on the latest pest- and product-related developments, PCT will be running articles from leading university educators and others.
THE PULSE. PCT is expanding our research capabilities with The Pulse: Digging Deeper, weekly online polls on topics PCOs are talking about. If you would like to have your voice heard on a topic contact us. We'd love to hear from you!
We hope you enjoy newly launched PCT Online and we welcome your feedback.
