PLAISTOW, N.H. — Pest-End, Plaistow, N.H., recently hosted its annual company event, bringing together team members from across the organization to celebrate the company's 2024 successes. The event also featured the presentation of two prestigious awards, recognizing individuals who have gone above and beyond to contribute to the company’s success.
“Our annual celebration is not just about recognizing individual excellence but about honoring the spirit of camaraderie and hard work that drives Pest-End forward,” said Adam Carace, CEO of Pest-End. “Congratulations to Jon, Justin, Steve, and the entire team for an incredible year. Here’s to continuing to inspire, lead, and grow together!”
Shining Star of the Year Award
The Shining Star of the Year Award — an annual recognition for a team member who best exemplifies Pest-End’s core values: Supportive Leadership, Honesty & Integrity, Inspire to Wow, Nurture Collaborative Environment, and Empowerment Through Positivity— was awarded to Jon Nagle.
Nagle's unwavering dedication, kindness and helpful nature have made a significant impact, not only within the Pest-End team but also with customers, as reflected in glowing reviews throughout the year, the company said. While he was awarded this recognition for his role as an initial technician in 2024, Jon’s exceptional performance and leadership qualities recently earned him a promotion to Business Development Specialist.
This award includes an exciting U.S. trip package, featuring airfare, a five-night hotel stay, $1,000 in spending money, and an additional paid week off. Nagle joins an elite group of previous winners, including Kelly McDonough (2022) and Annie Ordway (2023).
PE Leadership Excellence Award
This year’s PE Leadership Excellence Award was presented to Justin Bonenfant, who has exemplified outstanding leadership and dedication. In 2024, Bonenfant balanced the challenging dual role of interim Wildlife Supervisor and Wildlife Business Development Specialist. His exceptional efforts not only rebuilt the wildlife team but also generated over $1 million in sales.
Bonenfant's remarkable contributions to Pest-End’s growth and success follow in the footsteps of Jason Phachansiri, last year’s award recipient.
Closed Won Lead Contest Winners
Congratulations to Steve Miller and Jon Nagle, both initial technicians in 2024, for their impressive performance in Pest-End’s Closed Won Lead Contest, which is open to the entire team.
Miller secured over 40 leads that resulted in signed agreements, while Nagle contributed over 20 closed-won leads.
Their efforts have directly supported Pest-End’s continued growth and success.
