PLAISTOWN, N.H. - Pest-End recently announced the launch of a new website as part of the company's extensive rebrand initiatives.

Pest-End was founded in 1977 by former owners Andy and Nancy Carace. The Carace family's second generation, Adam Carace, with sister Amanda Forrestall, and wife Courtney Carace, purchased and took over the business in 2021.

The newly launched website's purpose goes beyond refreshed aesthetics. The company intends for its new website to be the vehicle for straightforward resources and streamlined communication for its B2B and B2C visitors.

Courtney Carace, COO of Pest-End, feels the  new look better aligns with the business's younger owners and leadership team. "The culmination of a year of hard work and dedication, the new Pest-End website is the pinnacle of our extensive rebranding efforts," said Carace. "The modern, bold look is a genuine reflection of who we are but also where we are going as an organization."

"This new website reflects our desire to position ourselves more competitively on a larger regional stage," said Jennifer Hill, Marketing Director of Pest-End. "At Pest-End, we foster a people-first company culture driven by transparency, openness, and humility. We try to let our actions speak louder than words — building trust with our customers or developing more meaningful relationships with our team. I wanted to manifest our company culture in this new website. We created the design to be simple, orderly, and appealing, giving visitors adequate information to research and solve pest problems without becoming lofty or intrusive."

NEW FEATURES. Improved navigation across all screen sizes makes finding the right content and information easy for visitors.

  • Value-first content, with pages addressing specific pest pain points and program dedicated pages to provide solutions
  • Visually appealing look and feel reflect updated branding while promoting visitor engagement and conversions.

"I am pleased with the progression and evolution of the Pest-End brand," said Adam Carace, CEO of Pest-End. A more in-depth and user-friendly website will allow current and potential customers easy access to up-to-date information about pest and wildlife issues and our services to solve them. This website is just one more step in our team and business growth."
