ST. LOUIS – Thompson Street Capital Partners (TSCP), a private equity firm based in St. Louis, announced the acquisition of the assets of Enviro-Safe Pest Control by PestCo Holdings. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Located in Perrineville, N.J., Enviro-Safe Pest Control is a provider of commercial pest control services. The company was founded and incorporated in 1981, by Jeff Glenn, who has remained the sole owner since its inception. Enviro-Safe initially offered night services and created a niche market with restaurants, soon expanding to service notable clients including schools and several diners. In 1982, Enviro-Safe gained valuable experience in roach baiting techniques while working with American Cyanamid at their Shulton facility, where Maxforce roach bait was invented. Over the years, Enviro-Safe developed expertise in pest management for supermarkets, restaurants, and warehouses. By the late 1990s, the company had implemented roach baiting techniques across all its restaurant clients, solidifying its reputation in the industry.

Enviro-Safe's Glenn said, “We are delighted that PestCo will be continuing the business. Our sincere gratitude goes to the Cetane team for guiding us through this transaction with such care and expertise.”

Tim Dubis, senior associate at PestCo, said, “Jeff built a remarkable business, and we are honored that he chose PestCo to continue serving their customers.”

Bob Williamson, Pest & Lawn Director at Cetane Associates, added, “It was a pleasure working with Jeff through the transaction process. We wish him the best in all his future endeavors.”
