Brett Ponton to Leave Rentokil Terminix to Become CEO at SERVPRO

Ponton has accepted the role of CEO at property cleanup, restoration, and construction franchisor SERVPRO and will leave Rentokil Terminix in October.

READING, Pa. - Rentokil North America CEO Brett Ponton will be leaving the company in October, the company announced in its recent earnings release. Ponton has accepted the role of CEO at SERVPRO, a privately-owned property cleanup, restoration, and construction franchisor.

Ponton joined Terminix as CEO and member of the board of directors in September 2020. When Rentokil acquired Terminix in October 2022, Ponton was appointed CEO of Rentokil North America. As previously reported by PCT, in this role, Ponton oversaw Rentokil Terminix as well business units Target Specialty Products; Ambius; hygiene and wellbeing; vector control and lake management; and Canada.

John Myers, CEO of US Pest Control, continues to lead the pest control business in North America and Ponton’s successor will be confirmed in due course, the company said.
