HONOLULU — QualityPro Chair Susan Hare of Thrasher Termite and Pest of SoCal unveiled a brand-new credential for customer service professionals at PestWorld 2023.
This credential will serve to recognize office and sales team members for the contributions they make toward the pest management industry, and to confer the same level of professional recognition previously only available to field professionals.
“This is not a credential for ‘CSRs,’” Hare said. “This is for Customer Service Professionals—because everyone who works in the pest management industry is a professional, whether on the front lines out in the field, or on the front lines with the sales team.”
