READING, Pa. - Rentokil announced it has acquired American Pest Management of Manhattan, Kan., and Kansas City, Kan., as well as Modesto, Calif.-based Insect IQ Pest Control Services. Rentokil’s acquisition of American Pest Management of Manhattan, Kan., and Kansas City, Kan., were finalized in December 2021.
American Pest Management, Manhattan, Kan., was founded in 1979. The company provides pest control to commercial and residential customers in Kansas communities such as Abilene, Clay City, Junction City, Ogden, Salina and Wamego.

Also founded in 1979 was American Pest Management, Kansas City, Kan. The company provides pest control to commercial and residential customers in the metro Kansas City, Kan., area, including Overland Park, Olathe, Liberty and surrounding areas.

Rentokil’s acquisition of Modesto, Calif.-based Insect IQ Pest Control Services was finalized in November 2021.
Insect IQ Pest Control Services was founded in 2003 and serves the California communities of Modesto, Oakdale, Patteson, Riverbank and surrounding areas.
