Rentokil Acquires Southern Pest Control

READING, Pa. – Rentokil North America announced the acquisition of Pascagoula, Miss.-based Southern Pest Control. The acquisition was finalized in July.

Southern Pest Control was founded in 1975 and serves communities in Pascagoula, Biloxi, Gulfport, Ocean Springs, the entire Mississippi Gulf Coast area and Mobile, Alabama.
