Rockwell Labs Ltd also announced that InVade Bio Drain and InVade Bio Cleaner have recently been granted approval by NSF for use in food areas, for non-food contact surfaces. While these products have been used for many years in food areas to mitigate the conditions that contribute to fly and roach infestations, they have now been evaluated and approved by NSF. NSF is a voluntary certification organization that in part replaced the former USDA certification process for products used in food production facilities. This registration will be beneficial to PMPS who service accounts wherein they specify that only NSF-approved products may be used.
