ATLANTA - Rollins has promoted Beth Chandler to chief legal officer, retaining her role as general counsel and corporate secretary. Chandler is a multifaceted leader with diverse experience in governance, mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and regulations. She supports Rollins’ corporate development and serves as the executive sponsor of Rollins’ sustainability efforts and Orkin’s Women's Impact Network business resource group.
“In nearly 12 years with Rollins, Beth's foresight and leadership have contributed to our company's growth and success,” said Rollins CEO Jerry Gahlhoff, Jr. “As a member of the executive leadership team, she has worked hard to keep our people safe on the job and manage risk through her oversight of our internal audit, legal and corporate governance teams.”
With a passion for community development, Chandler serves on the board of Crider Foods and chairs the board of the Atlanta Beltline Partnership. She also sits on the board of the Georgia Research Alliance, which supports Georgia’s university scientists in research and entrepreneurship opportunities.
Chandler’s dedication to serving the greater Atlanta community and mentorship of professionals within Rollins and beyond were recognized with the 2024 OnBoard Inc. Excellence Award. This award is presented to three Georgia-based women leaders who exemplify OnBoard’s mission to increase the number of women in executive leadership and on corporate boards.
“Beth has served as a tremendous leader both within Rollins and the greater Atlanta community,” said Gahlhoff. “I expect that she will continue to be a positive force at Rollins, and I am excited to see her work create an even greater impact.”
