CHICAGO, Ill. — Rose Pest Solution’s annual Chief’s Club event awarded 38 of the company’s top performers this spring at Chicago’s Drake Hotel. Those recognized come from a wide variety of departments and positions in the company including sales, service, administrative, customer service and branch managers.
Rose’s CEO, Bob Dold Jr. presented the Chief’s Club award recipients with their well-deserved recognition awards. The Chief’s Club was named in honor of Robert “Chief” Dold Sr., the beloved company patriarch.
“We cherish all of our employees for their integrity, service and dedication. The individuals recognized at the event this year exceeded goals and expectations. Some celebrated milestones,” Bob Dold Jr. said. “We are now a company with more than 175 employees in four states and continue to protect communities from unwanted pests in a safe, environmentally friendly way.”
This is the fifth year of the Chief’s Club awards. The number of recipients more than doubled from last year after it was expanded from its beginning solely as sales awards. Four of those awarded this year include employees who have been with Rose for 20 years or more.
An added bonus this year included a marriage proposal to a cherished employee. Her now fiancée was asked to re-propose in front of the entire group at the awards dinner.
