CHICAGO, Ill. - Rose Pest Solutions is hosting an open house at its new Beverly location at 10644 S. Western Ave. on Friday, June 28. The event will kick off at 3:00 p.m. with an official ribbon cutting hosted by the Beverly Area Planning Association (BAPA) to commemorate the grand opening of Rose’s newest branch. Owners Robert and Judy Dold and Rose’s president Bob Dold will be on hand to commemorate and welcome neighbors to festivities.

“The Beverly neighborhood is ideal for Rose because it will allow us to serve all of our customers on the south side and in south suburbs like Orland Park, Frankfort, New Lenox, Oak Lawn, Alsip and Joliet as well as many towns in between in a more timely fashion,” said Janelle Iaccino, Rose’s marketing director. “We are excited about our new customer base that has evolved over the last five years in these areas and are excited  to have more staff in the area to be available as quickly as possible. Experts at the Beverly branch live and work in the communities we serve which is about a 50 mile radius from each of our branch locations. We look forward to being a resource in this area for many generations to come.”

The official ribbon cutting will be followed by games and promotions in the parking lot. Rose has deep roots in the city of Chicago, as it was once headquarters for the company in the early 1900’s when they had offices coast-to-coast from New Jersey to San Francisco.

Rose was founded by Solomon Rose whose first customer was Abe Lincoln who hired him to protect army soldiers from being bitten by rats in their tent camps. While pest control methods have certainly evolved to become more environmentally conscious over the last 160 years, the family business legacy continues with integrity and service being the most important pillars in their mission statement, the company said.
