Sprague Expands in Montana with SOS Pest Control Acquisition

BILLINGS, Mont. – Sprague Pest Solutions, based in Tacoma, Wash., is further expanding into Montana with the acquisition of SOS Pest Control, a pest control provider based in Billings, Mont. This acquisition is Sprague's second strategic expansion in Montana in 2024.

SOS Pest Control has been operated by Jim and JoLynn Fellows for more than two decades. Sprague has enjoyed a robust relationship with SOS Pest Control, historically contracting out services to them in the Billings area, making this acquisition a natural progression of their partnership.
