TACOMA, Wash. – Sprague Pest Solutions announced that Chris Olson, operations manager at the Marysville branch, earned his Associate Certified Entomologist (A.C.E.) certification.
Olson has become the 32nd employee at Sprague to attain the A.C.E. certification, marking a significant milestone in the company's efforts to foster employee development and expertise.
As the third individual from the Marysville branch to obtain the certification, Olson's accomplishment underscores the commitment of both the team and the company to maintaining the highest standards in pest management.
Sprague aims to have 50 percent of all operational team members A.C.E.-certified by 2026.
"We are immensely proud of Chris," said Shane Hartnett, Cascade regional manager at Sprague. "His commitment to providing top-tier pest management services is truly commendable. Chris's achievement is a testament to Sprague's culture of continuous improvement and our unwavering support for team member growth."
The A.C.E. certification is a recognized benchmark of entomological knowledge and expertise in the pest management industry. It requires a rigorous assessment of an individual's understanding of integrated pest management principles, pest identification and effective treatment strategies
