PORTLAND, Ore. – Sprague Pest Solutions, a family-owned, commercial-only pest control company in the Western U.S., announced the recognition as a 2024 Top Workplaces award recipient for Southwest Washington and Oregon by The Oregonian.
This marks the second consecutive year that Sprague has received this recognition, which was featured in a special edition of The Oregonian on Sept. 29th. This award encompasses Sprague’s Portland, Eugene and Medford, Oreg. branches.
The Top Workplaces list is determined solely based on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by Energage. The anonymous survey uniquely measures 15 culture drivers that are critical to the success of any organization, including alignment, execution, and connection.
The honor was awarded to 123 companies whose engagement survey results have shown to foster a welcoming and empowering culture; with no judges, essays, or forms involved in the selection process.
"We are incredibly proud to receive this award for the second year in a row," said Shane Hartnett, regional manager who oversees the Cascade area. "Our team is the heart of Sprague, and their passion, and dedication continue to drive our success. This recognition is a testament to the positive environment we strive to create every day, where our employees can thrive and continue to deliver uncompromising service to our clients."
