About the speaker. Powell graduated with B.S. and M.S. degrees in entomology from the University of Florida. He joined MGK in 2016 as a technical field specialist. In his role, he oversees training, field testing, customer support, and internal projects. Prior to MGK, Tommy accumulated 16 years of experience in the pest management industry, including serving as a technical director for three top 100 pest control companies and a branch manager. This operational background shifted his perspective toward the importance of robust training programs for operators, which he now pursues passionately in his current role at MGK.
