
SANTA FE SPRINGS, Calif. – Target Specialty Products announced the addition of Sean McDonough as Southeast Region Sales Manager, Bruce Kiel as Sales Representative for Missouri and Illinois and Rich Smith as Sales Manager for the Midwest Region.
Sean McDonough – Southeast Region Sales Manager
With over 20 years of experience in management and sales, Sean McDonough has built a strong reputation for leadership, business growth, and strategic partnerships. In his new role, he’ll be leading sales operations across the Southeast Region—including Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, Alabama, Mississippi, and the Caribbean Islands—working to expand the company’s reach and strengthen customer relationships. He’ll also team up with Bobby Maston to grow the Fume Department, helping to enhance services and uncover new business opportunities.
Bruce Kiel – Sales Representative, Missouri & Illinois
With over 30 years of experience in sales and marketing—including 12 years in the industry with BWI, Van Diest Supply, and Lesco (Site One)—Bruce Kiel has a deep understanding of market trends and customer needs in the Pest Control Operator (PCO) and Turf & Ornamental (T&O) sectors. In his new role, he’ll focus on expanding the company’s presence in Missouri and Illinois, delivering tailored solutions and top-quality products to customers.
Rich Smith – Sales Manager, Midwest Region
With almost 20 years industry experience in service management and sales, Rich Smith has developed a strong reputation for technical knowledge, relationship building and business growth. His career has covered structural pest control, Turf and Ornamental, Fumigation and Right of Way Management. In his new role, he will be leading sales operations across the Midwest Region – including Illinois, Wisconsin, Minnesota, Michigan, Indiana, Kentucky, Tennessee, Missouri, Nebraska, Iowa and the Dakotas – working to develop underdeveloped territories and to strengthen customer relationships. He will also be an integral part in developing the fumigation department.
