MEMPHIS, Tenn. — A Memphis neighborhood that made news for being covered by a nearly half-mile spider web received some relief after Terminix provided a free treatment on Tuesday, WMC Action News report.
The story and photos of the spider web — described as “looking like frost, or maybe morning dew, covering the grass across the road from several homes” — have been hot topics on the Internet.
Terminix Service Manager Eddie West told WMC Action News that he and his employees treated all the houses in the neighborhood in an effort to make sure the spiders stayed on their side of the street.
