TUCSON, Ariz. – Truly Nolen Pest Control recently announced the promotions of Craig Ebert to Manager of the company’s north Miami, Fla., service office, Danny Ramirez to manager of the company’s La Quinta, Calif., office and the hiring of Briana Sullivan to administrative assistant in the human resources department.
Ebert joined Truly Nolen in 2019 as a Manager-in-Training and has handled several roles at multiple service offices over the last four years. Prior to joining the company, he was the Broward County Branch Manager for Critter Control, a nuisance wildlife control company.
Ebert graduated from St. Thomas University with a degree in sports management. He also attended the University of Florida.
Some of Ebert’s new responsibilities will include helping the service office gain more visibility with the local north Miami community as well as instilling the company’s core values throughout his team.
“My favorite thing about Truly Nolen is helping my technicians and partners be successful,” said Ebert. “I am looking forward to working with our excellent North Miami team and helping our customers solve their pest issues.”
Ramirez, whose father Juan was a team member for more than 35 years, joined Truly Nolen in December 2012 as a swing technician. During his career, he has been a mentor and trainer for others and has worked in multiple roles for the company.
Prior to joining the company, Ramirez spent two years in the movie theater industry while attending community college.
Some of Ramirez’s new responsibilities will include helping the service office gain more visibility with the local La Quinta community as well as instilling the company’s core values throughout his team.
“Danny has excelled in every role he has had over the last decade, and has been a terrific influencer in our service offices and throughout our district,” said John Heffke, area manager, southern California. “I am glad he is part of our California team and I look forward to his continued success and growth with our company.”
“Since joining our team, Briana has been a terrific addition to our department, and her college background brings an added dimension to our team,” said Darlene Cohen, vice president of human resources. “I enjoy working with her and I look forward to seeing her continued success in the future.”
