TUCSON, Ariz. – Truly Nolen Pest Control recently announced the acquisition of Good Ole Pest Control, based in Naples, Fla.
Truly Nolen has more than 80 branch offices in Arizona, California, Florida, Nevada, New Mexico, and Texas.
“We are excited to welcome Good Ole Pest Control’s customers to our Truly Nolen family,” said Scarlett Nolen, President, Truly Nolen. “Their company has provided businesses in Southwest Florida with excellent service this year, and we believe their high quality of service is a perfect strategic fit for our company. This also allows us to expand our commercial coverage area throughout Naples, which is already one of our largest service areas in Southwest Florida.”
Joel Cribbs, owner, Good Ole Pest Control, explained why he decided to sell his company which opened in January 2024.
“I am moving to North Carolina to be closer to my parents due to my father’s health,” said Cribbs. “I worked for Truly Nolen as the supervisor of commercial pest control technicians in Southwest Florida for almost a decade, and since I am very familiar with the company, I believe my customers will continue to receive the same kind of high-quality service they always have.”
Lance Washington, director of domestic franchising and acquisitions, Truly Nolen, said as the company gets ready to enter the fourth quarter and into 2025, the company will continue searching to expand in markets they are already in, as well as adding new markets.
“Good Ole Pest Control is our first acquisition of 2024 and we thank Joel for the opportunity to continue providing his commercial customers with our Yellow Standard of service,” he said.
