TUCSON, Ariz.  – Truly Nolen Pest Control recently announced the promotion of Chris Brainard to marketing manager. He will remain based at the company’s Leadership and Training Center in Tucson, Ariz.

Brainard joined Truly Nolen in 2013 as a residential service coordinator at the company’s Green Valley, Ariz., service office. After two years in the field, he joined the company’s marketing department in 2015 where he was most recently marketing research analyst. Prior to joining the company, he worked at In-N-Out Burger.

Brainard majored in marketing and economics at the University of Arizona and graduated with a bachelor's degree in 2010. He then went back to the University of Arizona and received his master's degree in business administration with a focus in marketing in 2020. In addition, he is certified in Google Analytics and BrightEdge SEO.

Part of Brainard’s new responsibilities include leading the company’s marketing team, managing the company’s partnership with RIESTER and continuing to lend support to service offices across the country.

“I am most excited about asking new questions and learning new answers that we will use to push the organization forward,” said Brainard. “My favorite thing about working for Truly Nolen is the freedom I have to impact the organization. I feel very comfortable identifying and pursuing anything that I think could make Truly Nolen more successful, and really, this goes for anyone in the company.”

“From the moment he joined the Marketing Team, Chris continuously educated himself in the ever-changing world of Marketing, and his ability to explain and analyze statistics at every level of the company is second to none,” said Greg Bohne, Vice President of Business Development. “He was an easy choice for this new position, and I look forward to seeing his continued growth and success.”
