TUCSON, Ariz. – Truly Nolen Pest Control recently announced the promotion of Jimmy Goff to manager of the company’s Chandler (Ariz.) service office at 150 W. Elliot Rd., Suite #9.
Goff, who joined the company in July 2023, was most recently a Manager-in-Training. Prior to joining Truly Nolen, Goff was a Systems Engineer for 24 years and owned a small business for 20 years. He earned a Bachelor’s in Business Information Systems of the University of Phoenix.
Some of Goff’s new responsibilities will include helping the service office gain more visibility with the local Chandler community as well as instilling the company’s core values throughout his team. “I am excited to work and manage in a new field, learning new things, and helping the team around me to grow,” said Goff. “My favorite thing about Truly Nolen so far is the genuineness of our company’s executive team. When they say you can come and talk to them anytime, they really mean it. That is an unusual trait I have never seen in any other organization where I worked.”
“Jimmy’s extensive business background along with his attention to detail and willingness to learn made him an easy choice for this Chandler opportunity,” said James Adams, Area Manager, Northern Arizona. “I am happy he is part of my team and look forward to his continued success.”
Truly Nolen Pest Control also recently announced the promotion of Kirk Weldy to manager of the company’s Marco Island (Fla.) service office at 901 N. Collier Blvd.
Weldy joined Truly Nolen in 1998 as a lawn tech and was previously co-owned a pest control company.
Some of Weldy’s new responsibilities will include helping the service office gain more visibility with the local Marco Island community as well as instilling the company’s core values throughout his team.
“I am most excited about having the opportunity to learn and grow and help others our Marco Island team members achieve their career goals,” said Weldy. “My favorite thing about working for the company is building relationships with customers and helping others solve their pest problems.”
“Kirk has been a terrific part of our Southwest Florida team for over 25 years, and his customer service experience along with this attention to detail and belief in our core values made him an easy choice for his new position as Marco Island Operations Manager,” said Dave Scott, Area Manager, Southwest Florida. “I look forward to his continued success, and I am glad he is a member of our team.”
