TUCSON, Ariz. – Truly Nolen Pest Control recently announced the promotion of Robert King to onboarding and career coordinator. He will remain based at the company’s Fort Worth, Texas, service office at 2929 S. Cravens Road.
King joined Truly Nolen in 1995 as a sales professional and has held multiple positions within the company over the last 29 years. Most recently, he joined the onboarding team in January 2022 after serving nearly 13 years as a district manager overseeing Texas and New Mexico.
Prior to joining Truly Nolen, King spent 17 years in the insurance industry, which included running his own agency for six of those years. During that time, he was contacted by an old family friend about buying his pest control company. Although he decided against that purchase, he did become interested enough in the industry to leave his insurance agency and join Truly Nolen.
King’s primary goal will remain ensuring all new partners are properly onboarded and set up for success. Some of King’s new responsibilities will include overseeing a team, ensuring company partners are properly trained, providing the tools necessary to be successful and making sure new team members have a proper introduction to the company’s culture. In addition, he will continue to provide assistance to the company’s manager-in-training program and support the company’s career-pathing development.
The company also hired Tina Flores to human resources administrator in the company’s human resources department. She will be based at the company’s HR headquarters, 2929 N. 44th St., Suite 320, Phoenix.
Prior to joining Truly Nolen, Flores was a human resources assistant in the construction industry. Prior to that, she was an agent for Allstate Insurance for 12 years.
“I am excited about my new position because I enjoy meeting new people,” said Flores. “My favorite thing about working for Truly Nolen is the work environment because it is definitely a great company to work for.”
“Since joining our team, Tina has been a terrific addition to our department, and her ability to connect with applicants has been second to none,” said Jeff Bohne, human resources director. “I enjoy working with her and I look forward to seeing her continued success in the future.”
