CHICAGO - Rose Pest Solutions announced that Marketing Director Janelle Iaccino and HR Director Angie Persinger have both been honored with a National Pest Management Association (NPMA) Impact Award.

Honorees are women working in any function at a pest control company or industry supplier, either from an NMPA member company or a nonmember.

“Janelle is our Bug Girl,” Rose Pest Solutions owner Bob Dold said. “She works with organizations across our footprint to partner with community groups and encourage young girls to follow their dreams and pursue careers in STEM. Angie has organized benefits and opportunities for our staff and helps us identify the best candidates for positions within Rose and our sister company Franklin Pest Solutions. We have a total of 160 employees between Rose and Franklin.  Both Janelle and Angie are shining stars within our company and industry.”

Iaccino and Persinger have also been working closely with other leading women in the industry to organize the Illinois chapter of Professional Women in Pest Management where they recently coordinated a meeting of women from pest management companies in Illinois, Wisconsin, and Indiana for a day of networking and team building.  The group met at Bernie’s Book Bank, in Lake Bluff.  Rose partners with Bernie’s to help get free quality books into the hands of children throughout the Chicagoland area.

Persinger is also an active member for NPMA's PWIPM, Workforce Development and SkillBridge committees to help provide diversity insights and career opportunities for veterans and women.
