MARLBOROOUGH, Mass. - Waltham Services, a subsidiary of Rollins, has acquired Empire Pest Control. The acquisition was announced by The Aust Group, which represented Empire Pest Control on the transaction.
Headquartured in Marlborough, Mass., Empire Pest Control is a full-service pest and termite control business, offering services to commercial and residential customers throughout eastern Massachusetts. Established in 2004 by Ken and Diane Cyphers, Empire has nearly two decades of dedicated service in Middlesex and Worcester counties and now joins the Waltham family. Empire is an active member of both National Pest Management Association (NPMA) and New England Pest Management Association (NEPMA).

The Aust Group represented Empire Pest Control, on the transaction, which closed on Nov. 8. Terms were not disclosed.
