Wayne White Retires from Anticimex

White, whose career in pest control began in 1982 with American Pest, served as Anticimex’s vice president of technical services, North America, since 2018.

FULTON, Md. – Anticimex announced the upcoming retirement of Wayne White, the company’s vice president of technical services, North America.

White’s career in the pest management industry spans more than four decades, beginning in 1982 when he joined American Pest after graduating with a BS in entomology from the University of Maryland. 

Anticimex said White’s “unwavering dedication and profound expertise have made a lasting impact on our organization and the industry as a whole.”

Throughout his 41-year journey with Anticimex and American Pest, White continuously demonstrated outstanding leadership and technical prowess. From managing the termite division to serving as the director of technical services, his contributions have been instrumental to his companies' success. In 2018, White assumed the role of Anticimex’s vice president of technical services, North America, further elevating the company’s capabilities and strategic vision.

Anticimex said White’s “passion for the industry and unwavering commitment to providing exceptional service to our clients have been a driving force behind our accomplishments. His profound insights, dedication, and mentorship have shaped the pest management industry in remarkable ways, and his presence will be deeply missed within our organization.”

White’s accolades include the “Assistant Secretary's Award for Excellence" from the U.S. Department of State in 2004, and in 2015, his contributions were again acknowledged when he was named the University of Maryland Entomology Distinguished Alum of the Year.
