Waynes Announces Acquisition of Wilson Pest Control

The acquisition doubles Waynes Pest Control's footprint in Tuscaloosa (Ala.).

BIRMINGHAM, Ala. - Birmingham-based Waynes Pest Control announced it has doubled its strategic position in the Tuscaloosa market with the acquisition of Wilson Pest Control headquartered in Northport, Ala.

Waynes, an Anticimex company operating in Alabama, Tennessee and Mississippi, achieved over $32 million in annual revenue in 2019 and are experiencing overall growth of 30%+ in 2020.
