Wise House Environmental Services Opens New Location in Port Saint Lucie

PORT SAINT LUCIE, Fla. — Wise House Environmental Services recently announced the opening of its new office location in Port Saint Lucie, Fla., now servicing all of Palm Beach County, Martin County and Port Saint Lucie, Fla.

Wise House Environmental is a small family owned and operated company. This expansion from their Boynton Beach office, about an hour south from Port St. Lucie, will allow the organization to continue growing in Northern Florida.

Owner Dennis Kuchta’s brother Robert Kuchta will spear head the launch as the lead technician and termite expert.

“It just makes sense” Dennis said. "Robert already lives in Port St Lucie, so he can provide great pest solutions and customer service as we start to grow in the area. We’ve also made a new technician hire to ride along with Robert for training, so we are ready and excited."

The new office location will be ran by Nylla Kuchta, Dennis’s daughter who currently is the office manager for the Boynton Beach location. She already had plans to purchase a home in Port St Lucie, which is another reason the expansion north was made possible. 

With both Nylla’s office expertise and Robert’s field knowledge, Dennis said he expects to start ramping up the marketing for the new office location offering no initial start-up costs for the first 50 new customers.
