WorkWave Announced as NPMA Strategic Partner

The pest control software and solutions was announced as an NPMA Strategic Partner during PestWorld 2023, in Hawaii.

HOLMDEL, N.J. – WorkWave continued its 20+ year tradition of presenting at NPMA’s PestWorld last week in Hawaii. WorkWave displayed its pest control software and services as an NPMA strategic partner, as well as an exclusive sponsor of the NPMA Gives Award and NPMA's Executive Leadership Program.

David Giannetto, WorkWave CEO, and Jill Davie, CXO, hosted a session titled, How to Shape Your Customer Journey that gave attendees a clear plan as to how pest companies can build a customer journey that ultimately drives sales, recurrent revenue, loyalty and overall value in an increasingly digital world.

“Each year, we look forward to seeing so many familiar faces at PestWorld, and this year it will be even more special given the significant number of new customers that have joined the WorkWave family,” said Giannetto. “We are looking forward to spending time with our customers, partners and industry leaders as we show just how far ahead we are moving PestPac, as we move this industry leading solution into a phase of true modernization and internationalization."

Working booth #401, WorkWave executives and staff were on hand to meet with current and prospective customers and to discuss trending topics and new company updates, including:

●     Communication tools for success: Focus was on creating strong customer experiences through omni-channel communications. WorkWave’s Communication Center is a centralized hub that allows WorkWave customers to manage all customer communications and interactions, across all different methods, in one place.

●     Coalmarch Full-Service Marketing Agency: For better results, field service companies can take advantage of unified, comprehensive marketing strategies that include digital, print and data integrated with PestPac software. Coupling call tracking technology with marketing campaigns enables closed loop marketing that provides insight into ROI — which marketing channels are bringing in the most business — for a clear competitive advantage.

●     Modernized UX/UI: Updates and improvements to existing products, including functionality enhancements to the Dynamic Router Schedule Planner, a modernized UI menu structure, and updated look and feel, as well as the launch of the PestPac product in the Canadian market.

●     Partner integration for better service: Strategically partnering with innovative companies to introduce new integrations, such as the Bell Pulse Smart Traps to set technicians up for success, as well as a new telematics system to provide in-vehicle information on technician habits through partnerships with Azuga, Verizon Connect and LinxUp.

In addition, WorkWave continued its annual WorkWave After Dark social event at PestWorld — with a Hawaiian twist. Held after all sessions on Wednesday, WorkWave welcomed attendees to the biggest social event of PestWorld, featuring signature drinks, authentic Hawaiian entertainment, food and beachfront views.
