5 Questions with Adam Vannest

Customers continue to be more educated on the concerns mosquitoes cause due to the increased information available. PMPs have met this demand for a solution by successfully launching mosquito reduction services. However, our industry needs to continue to evolve, finding new effective and environmentally friendly mosquito solutions to allow customers to enjoy their time outdoors. We continue to adapt our protocols, services, and tools to utilize innovative solutions, like the In2Care System, which reduce the over-applications of liquid products to further protect our customers and ourselves from future regulatory issues. Adam Vannest, VP of Training and Technical Services for Northwest Exterminating, was an earlier adopter of In2Care, seeing how it could further the effectiveness of residential and commercial mosquito reduction services. 1. What makes a pest control company successful in mosquito control?

As pest control professionals, success is creating healthier environments for our customers. Our customers demand that we grow when we deliver the services, products, and experiences they deserve. A service like mosquito control complements current pest control treatments and allows us to create a healthier property overall. Our mosquito control provides the customer with an affordable, effective, and reliable service that further protects their home from pests.

2. How has the addition of the In2Care Stations changed how you do conventional mosquito control methods?

It has enhanced and elevated our mosquito reduction service. Being able to offer an additional tool that is effective against mosquitoes both in and beyond our customer’s yard has helped us treat both current customers and customers with unique circumstances that may have not been able to utilize our traditional mosquito options.
