Nextgen Pest Solutions named Paula Albertson its new business development manager. Nextgen said Albertson will be guiding the firm into the Tampa market and helping the company explore an expansion.

Orlando Magazine recently selected Andrea Massey-Farrell as one of its 2020 Women of the Year. Massey-Farrell is president of the Harvey & Carol Massey Foundation and senior vice president of community relations for Massey Services. This award recognizes influential women who are proactively making a positive impact in the Orlando community.

Truly Nolen Pest Control recently announced the promotion of Emma Bonilla to manager of the company’s Lake Mary (Fla.) service office. Also, Scott Svenheim has been promoted to national training manager and will remain based at the company’s corporate headquarters in Tucson, Ariz. Mike Duncan has been promoted to national technical manager and continues to be based out of the company’s Florida operations headquarters in Orlando.

Andy McGinty has been promoted to CEO of LIPCA Insurance, its subsidiaries and holdings. Employed with LIPCA since 1991, McGinty will continue to be in charge of all marketing, claim litigation, loss control services as well as expanding LIPCA’s program with additional available insurance markets. In other news at the firm, Vickie Langwell, LIPCA’s chief financial officer, has also been named COO. Employed with LIPCA since 2001, Langwell is responsible for all accounting and financial functions, compliance, overseeing underwriting, human resources and IT for LIPCA Insurance.

AP&G Co. recently appointed Elissa Kaplan as director of enterprise planning. Kaplan joined the management team at the Bayonne, N.J. office, reporting to Jeffrey Frisch, vice president of operations. Kaplan’s primary focus will be process improvement and streamlining procedures to help move product from inception to customers faster.
