ROCKLIN, Calif. — ADAPT Pest Management, which services the Roseville and Rocklin region of California, has updated its COVID-19 practices to better serve families throughout Northern California.
“We wanted to make sure that our clients feel safe and confident when we service their properties,” said Mike Delautre, owner of ADAPT Pest Management, “because we know that even after the world opens back up again, it’s going to take a long time until our pest control customers feel safe and comfortable, and we want to make sure they know they’re in the hands of people that really care.”
ADAPT Pest Management continues to follow recommendations by the CDC, and has updated its COVID-19 protocols to include:
- Masks worn at all times, both indoors and outdoors upon request.
- No contact payments, including leaving checks outside to collect later.
- Scheduling indoor service for when a customer is not around, and using hand sanitizer before we enter the property.
“Pest control is about protection, and that commitment to protecting your property extends beyond pests, to the way that we make sure to always keep our customers’ best interests at heart,” said Delautre.
