HIGHLAND, Utah – For the fifth year in a row, Ardent Pest Control earned a spot on the Inc. 5000 list. The list highlights the fastest-growing companies in the U.S.
Making the Inc. 5000 was a true team effort, said Preston Peterson, CEO of the company. “Many times we get so focused on the day-to-day and the grind that seeing these accomplishments helps us see the results of all the hard work that everyone is doing.”
Peterson said two factors have attributed to their continued growth. “Focusing on hiring the right people and giving them the ability to use their talents to help contribute to the overall success of the company is paramount,” he said. “Second is pivoting when needed to continue to have success as you continue to grow.”
The company has focused on it’s digital marketing services along with its inspector program as an innovative way to growth the company.
“We are always looking to create new opportunities and looking to see what opportunities we are underutilizing,” Peterson said.
In the season of giving back to their communities, each local Ardent team visited a homeless shelter and donated needed items.
“We also treated the shelters for pests and gave monetary donations for the shelter to use as needed,” Peterson said. “Our employees really enjoyed working in their own community and helping people in need.”
He added that it is important to give back to the communities who put their trust in its services. “We feel grateful for each opportunity to service a customer's home and our team of employees is always growing,” Peterson said.
Ardent also made the PCT Top 100 list this year (at #64) with yearly revenues of $12.6 million.
