Kristy Garcia Named Critter Control Midwest Region Manager

WAYNE, Mich. – Kristy Garcia was named Critter Control’s region manager of the Midwest, making her the first female region manager for both Critter Control and TruTech.

For the last few years, Garcia has served as the Critter Control district manager for Detroit, turning it into one of the highest performing districts in the company. “As a district manager I really appreciate the one-on-one moments with my employees where I can improve their day-to-day experience or improve the way they help each of their customers,” she said. “I really value building the personal relationships within my team.”

Garcia said she was excited to bring the success of her local districts, Detroit and Fort Wayne, to other parts of her region.

“I want to create more growth opportunities for others in the region, diversify our team, and find new ways to be more efficient,” she said. “I’m eager to get our teams more engaged within our local communities as well.”

Some of her main focuses include creating a more diverse team. Garcia said she has had a lot of support from her fellow region managers already and is eager to learn from them and show them a new way to operate.

“I’m overall ready to shake things up and create an exciting work environment in our fastest growing region in the company,” she said.
